Two live sessions every week of term — each focused on a different subject pair. Tuesdays cover English and Verbal Reasoning. Thursdays cover Maths and Non-Verbal Reasoning. Attend one, or both. Every session builds a named technique your child can use immediately, in any school, in any subject.

English & Verbal Reasoning
7:00–7:45pm
English Comprehension and Verbal Reasoning every Tuesday. SHAMPOO taught device by device, then applied to unseen texts. PEEL built a letter at a time until your child writes a full paragraph without being prompted. Verbal reasoning in both GL and CEM formats, starting with the Definition Method and the Alphabet Position Method. Creative writing technique runs alongside all term.

Maths & Non-Verbal Reasoning

Maths and Non-Verbal Reasoning every Thursday. RUDE and STAR applied to multi-step word problems. Core arithmetic secured first, then fractions, algebra, geometry and data. Non-verbal reasoning taught one method at a time, beginning with Isolate Each Variable for sequences and the Column Method for matrix completion.

Trial session → monthly pass — how it works. Book a trial Tuesday, a trial Thursday, or both — available at any point in the term. Your child attends the next available session. Afterwards, if they want to continue, the following month's pass is ready to buy. The £25 you spent on the trial is not wasted — it is exactly the information you needed to commit with confidence.

What RUDE, SHAMPOO and PEEL mean: These are our named frameworks — memorable labels that turn abstract techniques into something a nine-year-old can recall at speed. RUDE = Read, Underline, Draw, Evaluate (Maths word problems). SHAMPOO = 7 literary devices for comprehension. PEEL = Point, Evidence, Explain, Link (every English answer). Once learned, children use these automatically — in sessions, in school tests, in entrance exams.
Method over memory
Children who learn a named technique apply it independently. Children who learn content need to be reminded. Techniques transfer. Content fades.
Marks improve in school too
PEEL works in Year 7 English. RUDE works in GCSE Maths. These are not exam-specific — they are habits of thinking that improve marks everywhere.

Inside the sessions
Your child's first four weeks
The same two subjects run every week. What changes is the skill. We teach one named technique per session and we do not move on until your child can use it without being prompted. That is why these first four weeks look narrow, and it is deliberate. A child who half-knows nine techniques has nothing to reach for in an exam. A child who owns four uses them under pressure.

One atomic skill per session — Explain and Link follow in Weeks 5 and 12, building to a full PEEL paragraph by Week 13. Creative Writing technique — senses, setting, character, In the Action Rule, Show Don’t Tell — runs through the Tuesday sessions across the term, each skill taught once, then stretched further later in the year.

Monthly passes lock in your child’s space before individual sessions are released. Each session is capped at 12 children. Buy Tuesdays only, Thursdays only, or both. Priced by the actual number of sessions that month — shorter months cost less.
Pass holders are confirmed before spaces open to others
When you buy a pass, your child's space is reserved for the full month.

Passes are non-transferable and valid for the named calendar month only. Missed sessions within a pass month cannot be rolled forward. Where a month spans a school holiday, sessions run only on term-time dates.

Our Better Marks Commitment
Named techniques only work if your child actually uses them. That is why we teach one per session and keep returning to it until it is automatic, in school work as much as in exam papers.
If you have not seen your child’s English or Maths improve by the end of the Autumn term, tell us and we will give you the first month of the Spring term free. You do not need to make a case for it or fill anything in. We will take your word.
Two conditions. Your child attended at least three quarters of the sessions you booked, which is 7 of the 9 Tuesdays or Thursdays, or 14 of the 18 if you booked both days. And they completed the short weekly follow-up task we set after each session. Both are visible to you throughout the term, so nothing here will come as a surprise at the end of it. One free month per family.
